The Middle East region of the world is rapidly growing in all aspects. Dubai is one of the politically stable cities in the Middle East. The country is developed on the basis of reputation for being a secure place for the citizen of all nationalities to do business in the country from all over the world. Dubai is a city of the United Arab Emirates (UAE), most popularly known shopping destination with ultramodern architecture and a lively nightlife.

Islam is the official religion of the country that pervades in every aspect of the people’s life and understanding that is centralized to adopt the culture and citizen and to promote business in the Dubai. Showing any kind of disrespect to the religion is highly offensive and punishable. The Islamic belief emphasizes things like kindness, respect, and modesty. The country comprises of various ethnic groups most of them are foreigners that are attracted to the country. People dress according to their religious beliefs. The religion influences all aspects of the culture of the city like clothing, food, education, etc.

The banks of Creek divide the country into two parts- Deira on the north side and Bur Dubai to the south. Both the sides have an exquisite collection of mosques, shopping malls, hotels, beaches and various tourist spots. Dubai has best contemporary sightings ranging from the tranquility of the desert to the bustling souk market. The most famous places to visit are Jumeirah Beach Park, Dubai Desert Conservation Reserve, Downtown, Burj-Al-Arab, Palm Islands, Wonderland and many others.

Business culture in Dubai

Despite the multinational appearance of the Dubai business, it has spread its roots of traditions and values in the Middle East. However, the country has changed dramatically over the last decades, becoming a major hub of various business centers with the more diversified economy. Oil and gas, real estate, and tourism are the top three major industries in the country. The Dubai real estate sector has made many significant investments. The country is also known for magnificent skyscrapers such as the Palm Islands and the Emirates Towers. The tourism sector of the country is one of the biggest foreign exchange earners in the world. The economy of Dubai is highly depended on its tourism sector and oil industry. Dubai holds the second largest oil reserves in the UAE. On the other hand, the printing press industry in Dubai plays an important role in the national economy, and it rank 6th for its contribution toward the GDP of the country. The demand of the printing press in Dubai has seen a major growth throughout the 1990s at around 10% per year.

Rise in demand for Education Sector

Due to increase in demand for the schools and institution from both the Nationals and the expats living in Dubai, has brought an immense growth in the education sector if the country.

The number of scholars in Dubai’s private schools has been increased to twice over the past ten years, reaching 225,000 in 2014. Growth has been regularly maintained by Dubai’s workers, but the students’ admission to private schools is rising at a steady pace. In the last academic year, schools showed up to 56% of attendees.

While private schooling expansion has been primarily driven by a boost in population, higher education is set to enlarge in the near term in reaction to the shifting needs.
